A seasonal, sacred accountability structure for women entrepreneurs and creators who are ready to surrender to what wants to come through them and show up with devotion.

THE CIRCLE IS FORMING

DESCEND

There is a version of building a vision that does not require you to abandon yourself to make it work.

It does not ask you to override your body, silence your intuition, or perform a version of ambition that has never felt like yours.

It asks something different of you: devotion.

Coven is a seasonal community for female entrepreneurs and creators who are ready to align their work with the divine feminine.

We believe in building our work through rhythm, ritual, and resonance.

We are releasing hustle culture. We are reclaiming the way women have always worked best:
in circle, in season, in surrender.

IS THIS YOU?

This container was
made for you if —

You trust your intuition deeply and you love creating your own thing. You just need a community and a gentle structure to support your vision coming to life.

You are building something meaningful, and the standard, patriarchal approaches to business no longer feel true to who you are becoming.

You’d love for your work to feel like a spiritual practice. You’re ready to show up to the altar of your work every day in devotion.

You are done chasing metrics and forcing outcomes. You are ready to surrender to what the universe has in store for you.

You crave community with women who think, invent, and create freely from the heart, and who will witness you doing the same.

You believe in devotion over discipline, magic over manipulation, and faith over force.

You are done making yourself wrong for wanting both: a business that feels spiritually aligned and one that actually pays you well. You want your success to come from alignment, not pressure.

THE PHILOSOPHY

Three principles
at the heart of Coven

PRINCIPLE I

We Live and Work In Sync With Natural Rhythms

Modern business operates in chronos, or linear clock time. In Coven, we honor feminine traditions by embracing kairos, or sacred timing. We work in sync with the energy of the seasons, lunar cycles, and our own personal rhythms.

We prepare the soil, plant seeds, water, and tend with love. Then, we harvest, celebrate, and rest. We are not always on, and we have stopped pretending otherwise.

PRINCIPLE II

We Receive Wisdom From the Collective

Coven is a living circle of women creating, reflecting, and growing together. This is not a space where one person stands at the front while everyone else follows.

While I hold the container and offer structure, Coven is built on a more feminine model of community — one where wisdom, leadership, and presence are shared. Women are invited not only to receive, but to contribute, participate, and be witnessed in their own magic.

Business does not have to be built around a single authority. When women gather in intention, something greater than any one of us emerges.

PRINCIPLE III

We Allow For the Mystery of What's Unfolding

We have grown tired of rigid goal-setting and forcing specific outcomes into existence. In Coven, we set intentions that open doorways, and then we take aligned action through them.

This isn’t passive. We show up, we do the work, and we move our businesses forward. But we hold our outcomes with open hands. We stay curious about what the universe has planned, trusting it is often greater than what we could have imagined for ourselves. The focus is on who we are becoming in the process and we trust that the results will emerge from that becoming.

THE CONTAINER

The rhythm
of the Coven

Coven is not a coaching program, and it is not designed to add more to your plate. It is designed to do the opposite. It offers gentle, communal structure that helps you slow down, act from intention, and leverage the natural rhythms already available to you. When you work with the energy of the season rather than against the clock, less effort produces more momentum. This is the rhythm we practice together.

HOW IT WORKS
Coven containers last for one season, and I open enrollment into a new container on the equinox or solstice of the next season.

Twice a Quarter
90 Minutes

Seasonal Rituals | Opening & Closing Ceremonies

Each season, when a new Coven circle forms, we gather on Zoom to reflect on the season that has passed, honor what has grown, release what no longer feels aligned, and set intentions for the coming quarter, anchored in ritual and seasonal wisdom. We complete each season with a closing ceremony on the equinox or solstice.

You will leave with clarity, devotion, and a grounded intention that feels alive in your body.

Twice a Month (Approx.)
60 Minutes

Lunar Rituals | New Moon & Full Moon Circles

We gather on the New Moon to set milestone intentions for our seasonal goals. On the Full Moon, we reflect on our progress, celebrate our wins, notice resistance, and realign our actions. We witness one another.

Celebration is not optional here. Your nervous system learns safety through recognition.

Weekly
Fridays | 45 min

Weekly Rituals | Gathering + Sacred Tracking & Planning

Our weekly gatherings are a devotional reset at the end of each week. We gather to connect to the divine and reflect on our weeks. Together, we name and witness what was made, tended to, and received. At the end of the 45 minute gathering, you will have the option to stay on to practice Sacred Planning (from the Devotional Planning Ecosystem.) During this time, you’ll create and plan your weekend and next week in silence.

This is where strategy meets surrender. You consciously calendar your week inside your intention.

Thrice Weekly
Tues - Thurs | 90 min

Daily Rituals | Flow Hours + Daily Open & Close

In addition to the Daily Open & Close rituals offered to you in my Devotional Planning Ecosystem, Coven also offers body doubling in Flow Hours three times a week. There is something powerful about women working quietly together in the same energetic field. We gather in focused silence, sharing what we’re working on and promising to eliminate distractions. With cameras on and heads down, we move through the work together. Body doubling and co-regulation in action. For the tasks you have been avoiding and the leaps that require courage, Flow Hours make it easier to begin.

Safety is the secret ingredient in creative flow. When your nervous system feels held, the work that felt blocked begins to move.

When Called

Coven Chat

A private WhatsApp group to make promises, share intentions and wisdom, celebrate wins, ask for support, and witness one another between sessions.

Manifestation accelerates in community. Isolation keeps women small. We are done with isolation.

INCLUDED IN COVEN

The Devotional Planning Ecosystem

You left hustle culture because it asked you to abandon yourself. But somewhere in the leaving, you let go of structure altogether. Now the days blur, the ideas pile up, and the vision you can feel so clearly keeps slipping through your fingers.

Structure was never the problem. Hustle was. You do not have to choose between a life that honors your intuition and a system that actually holds your work.

The Devotional Planning Ecosystem is the marriage of the two. It weaves the intuition, creativity, and spirituality of the feminine together with the rhythm, action, and devotion that carry a vision into the world. It is structure that bends to your energy instead of breaking it.

It moves with you across every rhythm of your life:

The Capture System — a containment system that creates a single home for every task, idea, and inspiration, so nothing is lost and nothing competes for your attention (Solo practice)

Daily Rituals — The Daily Open and Close - two simple rituals to bookend your day with intention and gratitude. It only takes a few sacred minutes to set your field before the world gets in, so you begin from intention instead of someone else's agenda. (Solo practice)

Weekly Rituals — the devotional reset where you listen, prioritize, and place your real work into your week (Optional to practice solo or in circle)

Lunar rituals — tending at the new moon, receiving and releasing at the full (Practiced in circle)

Seasonal Rituals — anchoring your vision at each turn of the wheel (Practiced in circle)

And it is built for you. Your exact Human Design. Your type, your authority, the way your energy actually moves. Not a one-size-fits-all template that was never made for a woman like you. You receive your own customized ecosystem, plus the worksheets, guides, and downloads to live it.

This is how a vision gets built without you abandoning yourself to build it: one devoted, aligned action at a time, in rhythm with your body and the world around you.

Structure is what allows us to flow in our feminine.” — Spring Coven Participant | Dr. Alicia Newsome

WHY I CREATED THIS

I spent years inside programs, containers, and workplaces that were genuinely transformative. In fact, they changed my life and made me who I am. And they were also deeply patriarchal. They taught me to produce results by overriding my body, my intuition, and my worth. I gave everything and learned so much. And then I walked away and asked: what would it look like to build something that didn't require any woman to abandon herself to make it work?

Coven is what I received in answer.

I'm Cara — a trauma coach, Reiki practitioner, and devoted student of everything spiritual. I've been in recovery for over a decade, and what sobriety has taught me above all else is the quiet power of devotion: setting an intention, then showing up for it with daily, unglamorous action. Over and over again, until you look up one day and realize you have become someone new entirely, and the results in your life are miraculous. That is the methodology underneath everything Coven is built on.

For years, I’ve avoided devoting myself to something that is wholly mine. Instead, I’ve been pouring my time, energy, and heart into building other people's visions. The moment I started saying no to that, Coven came through me fast (the way things do when they've been waiting long enough). It is the container I always wanted to be inside of. It something I built for myself: the woman I am, and the woman I'm becoming. May it give you permission to start saying no to what's in the way of your own vision.

VOICES FROM THE CIRCLE

They came for their work and found something deeper

Dr. Jessica Hehmeyer | Well Empowered

Cara has created an exquisite container that invites participants to connect with The Divine, their innate wisdom, and the magic of the feminine collective energy. Coven is allowing me to create and share my work in a way that is true to my deepest values and intentions.

Tara W. Carroll | G&G PC LLC

Coven is a supportive circle for women who want to reconnect with their feminine energy, grow in business, and build meaningful community. I didn’t expect to receive all of the organizing and planning tools. I felt like I had a bunch of little miracles happen being in the feminine energy of this group.

Dr. Sarah Marshall | Sarah Marshall, N.D.

Cara has created a beautiful community to explore a new way of working in the world for women who have been trapped in sterile goal oriented work environments. Without throwing away the power of structure she weaves in the sacred and divine to guide and source a women's way of working and being in her business and opens the portal to new ways of seeing how 'work' can flow and still produce exceptional results.

Stacey B. | The SLC Group

I didn't realize how much this group would support me in my personal life. I made huge progress on things that were important to me around my home and family - things that have tended to fall to the back burner - and connected to the parts of me that craved expression as a nurturer, creator, grower, designer... It was the first time in close to a decade I've made the space to explore there, and I was lit up by it. I expected Coven would be all about my business, but I feel like it's actually helped me be a more well-rounded woman, friend, and partner.

ABUNDANCE IN PRACTICE

Apply For A Scholarship

A seat in this circle was never meant to belong only to the woman who can already afford it.

For every Coven Benefactor who joins, I open a full scholarship for a woman who feels the call but doesn't yet have the resources to answer it.

If that's you and money is the only thing standing between you and this work, I want you in the room anyway.

This is not charity. It is how we practice the thing we believe: that abundance moves in circles, that what one woman gives makes room for another, and that you belong here because of who you are, not what you can pay.

If you feel the pull, apply. Let the rest be the universe's to arrange.

“Anything is possible for women as we find our voice, honor our identity, work together for a common goal, and stand unapologetically with our arms wide open to the skies, like the ancient Minoan Mother goddess, in a stance of pride and acknowledgement of the sacredness of the feminine.”

— Maureen Murdock, 2020
