I work with a small number of women at a time, and I'm intentional about who I say yes to. I've learned that the right fit makes everything come into alignment and the wrong fit serves no one.
If you feel called to work together, I invite you to apply. I read every application personally and respond within a few days. If it's a yes, we'll find a time. If it's not the right moment, I'll tell you honestly, and I'll tell you why.
