I write about what it means to build a life, a family, and a business that's actually yours.
I'm Cara. Writer, seeker, intuitive, Integrative Trauma Coach, Reiki II practitioner. 11+ years sober. On the path to Motherhood. Building something I've never seen modeled: a business rooted in devotion, not performance.
My publication, She Who Makes, follows the lunar cycle. My community, Coven, holds women entrepreneurs in a seasonal container built for how we actually work. My 1:1 sessions offer a direct transmission for the woman who is ready to remember who she really is.
