MY WORK
I write about and coach women on what it takes to build a life, a family, and a business that's fully yours.
I'm Cara. Writer, seeker, intuitive, Integrative Trauma Coach, Reiki II practitioner, and Professional Aunt. I’m 11+ years sober and on the path to Motherhood. I’m building something I've never seen modeled: a business and life uniquely designed for me, my body, and my vision. Since there is no map for it, I’ve mapped my own path. I guide women in doing the same.
My publication, She Who Makes, explores the Creatrix and the Mother archetypes, released on the lunar cycle. My community, Coven, holds women entrepreneurs in a seasonal container built for how women’s bodies and souls were designed to work: in circle, in season, in surrender. My 1:1 sessions offer a direct transmission for the woman who is ready to remember who she really is and live from her own inner wisdom.
The thread through all of it: come home to yourself and express the divine spark within you. Everything gets made from there. And I believe the women who make are going to change the world.
